Upon learning that our customers had doubts and were unable to resolve the operation of our AEK-1050 automatic die-cutting machine, we promptly arranged for our technician to travel to the customer’s factory, completing the visa process within a month.

Once on-site, our technician provided hands-on assistance and guidance in using our machine. Over the course of a 5-day training session, the customer’s questions were successfully addressed.

This cross-continental service was undertaken to ensure that our customers can fully utilize and operate our machinery effectively, demonstrating our dedication to fulfilling our promises to our valued customers.
