Before placing an order
Our professional salesman will contact with you about all the detail you require. The detail as follows which we will confirm with you,
What are your materials? Paper, paperboard, corrugated board, plastic sheet (PVC, PE, PP sheet) or others?
What is your sheet size and thickness?
What is your requirement of the speed and accuracy?
Your workshop size and staff arrangement.
Other special requirements.
According to your requirements, our salesman with our engineers will recommend you the suitable models with good price. If you satisfy, we will discuss the detail configuration with you, like the electric parts, the VFD, the bearing; we can change them to world-renowned brand, like the Siemens, Schneider.
After confirming the final price, we will sign the contract which lists all the detail we discussed. And we will arrange the production after we receive your deposits.
Normally, for the automatic models, we need 30-45 days to finish it and for the manual models, we need 7-15 days.
We will inform you each process of production, and send the detail photo to you, so that you can learn clearly about the machine schedule.
When the machine is finished, we will test it with your materials (or similar material). Testing video and detail photos from different angles will be sent to you for checking. Also we sincerely invite you to visit us when we test the machine. We will recheck all the details which are listed in the contract.
After placing an order
Packing and shipment
To avoid the rusting of the machine, we adopt vacuum package and put enough desiccant with the machine. Then machine will be put into standard seaworthy wooden case or entire container. If wooden case, there would be three choices, ordinary wooden case, metal pallet with plywood or fumigation wooden case.
We will arrange the shipment as earlier as possible and inform you the detail shipment.
If customer requires our engineer install and test machine in your factory, our engineer will be there as long as the machine arrives at your factory.
