AEM-800T fully automatic hot stamping machine

AEM-800T Automatic hot stamping and die cutting machines are used for hot stamping and die cutting various papers, paperboard, corrugated board, and plastic sheets (like PVC and PP), with functions of hot foil stamping, die cutting, creasing, and embossing. It uses a server motor to control the foil stamping, feeding, and collecting. The temperature control system has eight heating zones, temperature settings for each zone, and thermostatic control.

1.Various fine-adjustment devices is easy for operator to adjust the machine, ensures the paper can be delivered accurately.
2.High pressure automatic lubric system with filter recycles the oil to lubricate the main transmission parts (crankshaft, worm and gear).

3. Equipped with automatic pressure of die cutting adjustment system, operator just need to set value on touch screen to adjust pressure.
4. The foil stamping area has 8 heating area which can be set the temperature separately.
5. Gripper chains protection device: sensors are connected to the main chains to monitor the tightness of the chains. When it is detected to be loose, the machine will be stopped.
6. Electrical components and electrical circuit are in accord with European & American safety standard.
