Till now, the Covid-19 is affected a lots of countries and some countries already lockdown. This caused us to be unable export the machine as normal. 

1)We discussed TYMK-930 hot foil stamping machine with our Sri Lanka customer for around one month. And last week machine was finished and we planned to book the vessel as usual. Unfortunately, when we deliveried machine to Ningbo port, we received message from our customer: Our country is lockdown, we want to delay ship. Oh…..we have to cancel the vessel and delivery the machine back to our factory! More wores, we should bear a few hunred dollars loss.

We just went throught the Covid-19, we know it’s a irresistible reason. We understand and will try our best to assist our customer in work. So we will stand by and wait for customer’s updating news!

2) Some of our customer can’t buy mask in their country any more. They hope we could help them. We know how masks important are now. We went to a lots of drugstores to collect the mask and try to DHL to them.

But we just get the information from DHL, some of parcels will be backed to us because the destination country is lockdown!

We feel so sad that we couldn’t help our customer except give them some tips:

A. Wash hands frequently.

B. Try not to go to crowed places. 

C. Wear a mask when you go out if possible.

We hope all of customers can take care during this special period.

Getting through tough times together, tomorrow will be better.
