AEM-800(Q) automatic die cutting and creasing machine

AEM-800 Automatic platen die cutting machine is used for die cutting various paper, paperboard, corrugated board, plastic sheet (like PVC, PP), with function of die cutting, creasing and embossing. The Max. sheet size is 800*620mm, Min. sheet size is 340*280mm, the max die cutting speed can be 7000 sheets/hour.

High safety level, energy saving and efficiency
- The platen press is driven by a Taiwan TECO main motor with a Panasonic inverter; the running of the complete machine is controlled by a PLC-based centralized control system that can automatically examine the working status, test for unusual status, and record the working condition. It makes sure the machine is safe and reliable to use.
- The advanced alarm system detect and stops the machines from malfunctions to reduce the waste and protect the staff and equipment. For example, if there is no paper or a paper gets stuck, the pneumatic clutch will stop the machine straight away and the alarm will ring.
- The pre-stacked devices and non-stop paper feeding and delivery devices reduce the time of stacking, improve the efficiency of the machine, and increase your income.
- Selected European, Japanese, and Taiwanese electrical and pneumatic components improve the stability of the machine and reduce the frequency of inanimate objects.
- Mainframe and base are made of high-strength spheroidal graphite iron QT500-7, guaranteeing the machine runs stably for a long time when bearing large pressure. The cores of the platen press machine, such as the crankshaft and worm gear, are all made of high-class alloy steel processed by quenching and high-temperature tempering and has a long working life.
- The lubrication system for core parts is equipped with a display device for oil pressure and an alarming device for insufficient pressure of oil and air.
